Stainless Steel Hydraulic Fittings are typically made from SS 304 or SS 316L, which contain chromium (18%), nickel (8–12%), and molybdenum (in SS316) for added corrosion resistance. Mechanical properties include a tensile strength of up to 600 MPa and a yield strength of 240 MPa, along with excellent ductility and fatigue resistance. The material meets ASTM A182 or A276 standards. These properties make fittings suitable for handling high-pressure hydraulic fluids and resisting corrosion, vibration, and mechanical stress in various tough environments.
