Duplex Stainless Steel Condensate Pots feature a unique dual-phase structure, consisting of about 50% ferrite and 50% austenite, which gives them an excellent blend of strength and resistance to corrosion. With a composition that includes 21–23% chromium, 4.5–6.5% nickel, and 2.5–3.5% molybdenum, they effectively resist chloride-induced corrosion, pitting, and crevice attack. On the mechanical side, they boast a tensile strength of around 620 MPa and a yield strength of about 450 MPa, along with remarkable toughness even in low temperatures. These attributes guarantee reliable operation, a long service life, and superior performance in demanding instrumentation and process industries.

Pipe Schedule : 40, 80, 160, XX seamless pipe.
